A foundational training designed to help therapists confidently begin integrating yoga into clinical sessions through trauma-informed practices, ethical guidance, nervous system education, practical tools, and experiential learning.

Holistic Training Series
(CE Approved NBCC)

 

The Holistic Training Series offers continuing education trainings about how to ethically and safely bring somatic and holistic interventions into sessions, including the when and how of integration, ethical decision-making and scope of practice considerations, and practical self-care and boundary-setting strategies for reducing burnout. Each course combines research, clinical application, and experiential practices so you can immediately apply what you learn in your work with clients.

About Chris McDonald

Chris McDonald is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS), holistic therapist, and 200-hour RYT, 100 hour Certified Grief Yoga Teacher, and is based in North Carolina. She specializes in integrating yoga, mindfulness, Brainspotting and nervous system-informed practices into clinical work.

Through trainings, consultation, and ongoing education, Chris supports therapists in learning how to ethically, safely, and confidently incorporate yoga and other holistic modalities into therapy sessions.
