What I Offer

My consulting services are designed specifically for mental health therapists who want to ethically and safely integrate yoga into clinical practice. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your current integration, we’ll explore:

    • Trauma-informed approaches
    • How to integrate yoga with counseling theory
    • Ethics and safety considerations — Explore how to stay within your scope of practice as a therapist while keeping yoga experiences physically and emotionally safe for your clients. Also, how to help clients and yourself feel more comfortable with yoga informed practices
    • Somatic-based interventions
    • Documentation — learn how to update your informed consent forms, treatment plans, and therapy goals to reflect the integration of yoga into your clinical practice
    • Simple, effective practices you can use immediately

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Supervisor with 9 years of experience, I understand the importance of aligning yoga practices with evidence-based therapy. Frequently Asked Questions

What Is Your Refund And Cancellation Policy?

Because consulting sessions involve my time and preparation, refunds are not offered once a session has taken place. However, if you need to cancel a one-off session, I’m happy to offer a full refund or reschedule — as long as you let me know at least 48 hours in advance.

How Do I Schedule My Appointment?

After purchasing a consulting package, you’ll receive instructions on how to book your session time.

How Long Is Each Consulting Session?

Each session is 50 minutes, giving us focused, dedicated time to explore your questions, work through specific cases or clients, and build your confidence integrating yoga into your practice. Sessions are held virtually, so you can join from wherever you are most comfortable.

Can I Book More Than One Consulting Session?

Absolutely! If you find ongoing consulting valuable, you’re welcome to purchase additional sessions at any time.

What if I Have No Yoga Training at All – Is this Still for Me?

To ensure you can integrate yoga ethically and within your scope of competence, some foundational yoga training is required before beginning consulting services. If you’re new to yoga, I’d recommend starting with a beginner yoga teacher training before we work together. This ensures that our time is spent deepening and refining your integration — not building from the ground up. Not sure where to start? Feel free to reach out and I’m happy to point you in the right direction.
